Easy to Use

  • Mix the entire content of Nilon’s Uttapam Mix  with 320ml water and make a smooth batter.
  • Heat a flat non stick pan on medium heat and grease lightly. Pour batter in a centre and quickly spread in outward circular motion. Sprinkle finelty chooped tomatoes, onion, fresh coriander leaves and green chillies on top.
  • Add some oil at the edges and cook till goilden brown, flip carefully and cook for another minute.
  • Serve hot with sambar and coconut chuteny.
