Easy Step To Use Gulab Jamun:

  • Add water : Add in parts 75-80ml water NiLoN’s 200g Gulab Jamun mix and knead gently into smooth dough.Tips For richer & tasty Jamuns use milk instead of water.
  • Apply ghee or on on both palm & then shape 50 round and smooth jamuns without crack on dough fry.
  • before frying the balls insure that the oil / ghee is not enough.test with 1 ball ,if its breaking then further heat the oil /ghee and then fry on medium to low flame till appears golden brown .drain excess oil.
  • Soak Jamuns in hot sugar syrup (approx 20min.) Direction for for preparation of sugar syrup – prepare syrup by dissolving 750g sugar in 800ml water. boil and simmer for 5 min Tips! add few amount of saffron and cardamom to sugar syrup.
