Easy to Use
- Mix the entire content of Nilon’s Dahi Wada Mix with 220ml water to form a soft dough. Set it aside for 15 minutes. Tip: Add ginger and Green chilli paste into the batter.
- Make the Vada and deep fry on medium heat till crispy and golden brown. Drain Excess Water.
- Soak in warm water for 10 minutes, remove and gently press to drain the excess water. Soak in a beaten yogurt for 15 minutes.
- Garnishing : Garmish with Roasted crush cumin, red chilli powder, coriander leaves and tamarind chutney.
