Easy Step To Use Soya Sauce – Mixed veg Manchurian:
- Check All Ingredients: Cabbage (shredded) 2505, Carrot & Cauliﬂower (Minced) 150 G, Green Chillies (Chopped) 3 No, Garlic (Chopped) 15′ no, Ginger (Thin strips) 1 inch, Spring Onion Leaves (Chopped) 100 g, Maida 150 g, Salt to taste , 5 tspn Re ined oil, 1/2 tspn Nilons Black pepper powder, Cornflour 1 tbsp, 1 tspn Nilons Vinegar, 1/2 tspn Sugar, 2 cups Vegetable stock, 3 tspn Nilons Soga Sauce.
- Lets cook: Mix cabbage, carrot, cauliflower 4!: half green chillies, garlic, ginger :5: saga sauce. Add salt 8: Maida into it, mix well. Shape into small balls, adust them into cornflaur & deep Fry in oil, until
golden crisp. Heat 1 tbsp oil in other pan, Add remaining ginger, garlic, green chillies, saga sauce 8: sauté. Add vegetable stock to the pan and simmer For 2 minutes.
