Easy Step To Use Green Chilli Sauce – Vegetable spring roll:

  • Check all ingredients 10 Spring roll wrappers, 1 Onion (Thin Sliced), 2 Spring Onions (Finelg Chopped), 2 Carrots (Thin strips), 2 Ca sicum, 1 Medium Cabbage (Thin slice ). 2 tbsp Oil, Salt to taste, V4 tsp Nilons white Pepper powder, 1 tbsp Nilons Saga sauce, 1 tspn Nilons Green Chilli Sauce, 3/4 cup bean Sprouts, 1 tbsp Maida.
  • Lets cook :Take oil in a pan, Add vegetables and toss For Few mins. Add pepper powder, Saga& Green chilli sauce, bean sprouts, spring onion greens K: cook till the vegetables soFten. Allow them to cool. Spread the spring roll wrappers & place a portion of cooked veggies on one side. Fold in the edges and roll tightlg. Make a paste of Maida with 2. tbsps water; apply it to the open end 3: seal. Heat Oil in a pan, gently slide the rolls into hot oil and deep fry till golden crisp. Cut into smaller pieces and Serve hot.
