Easy to Use

Easy Step To Use Chilli Vinegar – Veg Hakka Noodles:

  • Check all ingredients: Oil 8 tspn, 5Spring Unions 8: Spring Onion leaves (Finelg chopped), French beans 12. no.(Diamand cut), 2 Carrot (Thin strips), 1 cup Cabbage & 1/2 cup Capsicum (Finelg sliced),
    Nilons Hakka noodles 1 pack, Nilons Saga Sauce 2 tspn, Nilons Vinegar 3 tspn.
  • Lets cook: Boil 10 cups Water. Drop the Noodles and let it cook For 2 mins till semi—conked (slightly ‘kachcha’). Drain the noodles spread them on a flat surface. Sprinkle 4 tsp of oil to prevent sticking. Heat 8 tsp oil in a big frying pan, add chopped spring onions ans stir fry till transparent. Add all veggies & salt to taste and cook till the vegetables turn soFt. Add the cooked Noodles, Soya sauce, Vinegar, Mix well and simmer For 3 minutes. Garnish with spring onion leaves and serve hot.
