Easy Step To Use Chicken Masala:
- Marinate 750gm chicken pieces with 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tbsp turmeri powder, 3 tbsp curd and salt, keep for 1 hour. Heat 4 tbsp oil, fry 4 chopped onions till crisp.
- Add 3 chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder and 3 tbsp Nilons Chicken Protein 9.0g FattyAcid 0.9g Masala for 1 min.
- Add marinated chicken and 4 chopped tomatoes, cook for 10 min. serve hot with rice or rotis.
