Easy to Use

Easy Step To Use Biryani Masala:

  • Wash 250g basmati rice & set aside for 15 min. to get soaked.Par boil the rice with using little salt & turmeric.
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil / ghee, add 3 medium sliced onion, 2 tbsp Nilon’s ginger garlic paste & fry until golden brown color.
  • Add 1’/2 tbsp NiIon’s Bi ani Masala, 1/2 cup curd, 2 medium sliced tomatoes cook till oil gets separated.
  • Add 200g cut vegetable mixture, like cauliflower, French beans, carrot, peas & salt to taste.Cook until the vegetables gets mild tender.
  • Apply ghee in bowl / handi, spread half the rice & vegetables, then spread remaining rice, pour 2 – 3 tbsp ghee & half cup milk.Cover it & keep in low flame for 10 — 15 min.
  • Garnish & serve hot with plain curd / raita / salad.
