Mushrooms are loved by children and adults alike. We have for you, a crunchy, mouthwatering mushroom recipe which will be cherished by your family.
Ingredients

100 grams Mushrooms
2 cloves of Crushed Garlic
Crushed Curry Leaves
Corn Flour – 3 tsp
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
3 Dry Red Chillies
½ tspn Ginger Garlic Paste
Oil

Step 1

Clean and wash the Mushrooms properly. Cut them into halves.

Step 2

In a bowl of lukewarm water, soak the required red chillies for 15 to 20 minutes. Once done, grind to a fine paste.

Step 3

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame.

Step 4

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add Mushrooms to it. Make sure the Mushrooms are well coated.

Step 4

Deep fry the coated Mushrooms for two minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
Step 5

Drain the excess oil and serve hot with a smile.

These fried Mushrooms will go well with Green Chutney (check out our website for the recipe) or tomato sauce. Serve this finger food during tea time and replace pakoda’s with this juicy delight.
