Here is a different type of dessert. We’re avoiding dairy, so this is great for all you vegans out there! This easy to make layered dry fruit dessert is a very healthy option as it is low in fat, has no added sugar and no cholesterol and most importantly does not leave you feeling guilty!

Ingredients:

  • Almonds
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Walnuts
  • Dates
  • Cocoa Powder

Method:

Grind the dry fruits together. Grind the dates. Take a glass cup and alternatively spoon in a layer of dry fruits and a layer of dates. Keep layering it till the glass is almost full. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on the top and leave in the fridge for it to set. Once cold, its ready to serve!
