Some salads barely take any time to prepare. So stock up your kitchen, we give you three deliciously healthy salads you can prepare in matter of minutes!
- Thai Cucumber Tomato Salad
This salad dish is a delicious light summer salad which is a little on the sweet side.
Place the thinly sliced cucumber and red onions along with tomatoes cut into wedges into a bowl. This goes best with a dressing made out of rice vinegar, lime juice and sugar. Mix it up and you get your Thai cucumber tomato salad. Sprinkle some fresh coriander and serve chilled.
- Peanut Butter and Green Salad
With natural peanut butter, two cups of mixed green and a couple of tablespoons of raisins, this is one the easiest and healthiest salads you could make. Just take these ingredients, whisk them together and voila, you get your PB and G salad.
- Tomatoes with Mint
This one is especially easy to make! Just sprinkle heirloom tomato chunks with salt, pepper and shallots (choota pyaaj) and set aside for five minutes. Top off with fresh mint and drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
